We design class I & II allele specific short peptide vaccine candidates.

The critical issue in the design of a T-cell epitope vaccine is the identification of peptide cocktails with proven ability to bind all or most known class I or class II MHC molecules. Therefore, MHC-peptide binding is a rate limiting step in epitope selection. However, MHC molecules are highly polymorphic among ethnic population. Hence, the selection of peptide by MHC molecules is specific and combinatorial. Here, we provide a prediction method for MHC-peptide binding. The method is made available through a web prediction server.
