Abstract

Early diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma is essential to improve prognosis and reduce disease-related morbidity and mortality. Therefore, it is of interest to evaluate the association between clinical presentation and histopathological findings in 100 patients with histopathologically confirmed oral squamous cell carcinoma. Demographic characteristics, risk factors, tumor site, clinical stage, and histological grade were analyzed to identify clinicopathological correlations. Statistical analysis revealed significant associations between clinical and pathological variables, highlighting their value in disease assessment. Thus integrated clinical and histopathological evaluation facilitates early diagnosis, treatment planning, and improved outcomes in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
