Abstract

Post-endodontic pain remains a significant clinical challenge. Hence, eighty adults requiring single-visit treatment received oral or transdermal analgesics. Post-operative pain was assessed using Visual Analog Scale scores. Transdermal Ketoprofen patches showed a sustained analgesic effect. Thus, transdermal delivery provides effective, prolonged post-endodontic pain relief.
